eBOSS had orchestrated a total of 6 roadshows in the past year. These activities were held with our clients – Apex, D’aman Ria, DAlamanda, Melor Bangi, Suria and Vista. The setting up of booths was strategically placed in the respective common areas of the residential sites. The purpose was to promote our latest product Living.my, during which we provided technical support and had our highly trained and rich-in-industry-knowledge “eBOSSers” tackle the enquiries of the residents. These community engagement activities had proven to successfully beckon more downloads and registrations, complementing which is the dazzling eBOSS team spirit and customer service.
